This project develops reflective tools for software development teams. The idea was spawned from some public XP diaries... ...some research on the topic of reflective practices in software development... ...and some past experiences with reflecting teams as a family therapist... The project currently consists of a single tool, Diary, a collective journaling system written in Java, using Struts as its web application framework and Prevayler for data persistence.
